…Urges All To Keep To The Health officials Directives By Observing Eid Prayers At Home

The Executive Chairman of Itire-Ikate LCDA, Hon. (Dr.) Ahmed Olanrewaju Apatira felicitates with the Muslim Faithful in Itire-Ikate LCDA on the successful completion of this year Ramadan 1441AH and the joyous occasion of EID-UL-FITRI, encouraging them to continue the practice of being obedient to the tenets of Almighty Allah.

Dr. Apatira while reiterating the significance of today, being the first day of the Islamic month of Shawwal, Enjoin all Muslims to give Zakat al-fitr, but desist from from gathering together at our various praying grounds to perform Eid prayers at this period of time due to the existence of novel coronavirus within our communities.

“Ramadan is a month that you abstain from worldly pleasures, and seek the mercies of Almighty Allah for a pious lifestyle.”

“I urge you all to offer your prayers at home and cherish every moment of this beautiful and significant celebration, and hope that the world will flourish soon again.”

I beseech Allah to keep us all Alive to witness Next Year’s in Good Health and Wealth.

“May Allah (SWT) in his infinite mercies bring you Happiness, Prosperity and Peace on this blessed occasion and forever”.
