The Governance Advisory Council (GAC), the apex body of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Lagos Chapter, in a meeting on Tuesday preparatory for Saturday’s APC State Congress has zoned the Chairmanship position to Lagos West Senatorial and a former Commissioner for Rural Development in Lagos State, Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi endorsed as the consensus candidate for the Chairmanship position.
Lagos Panorama learned that the leadership of the party in the state led by the National Leader of the party, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu may have endorsed Pastor Ojelabi due to his long experience of administration, loyalty, and commitment to the party.
A source also informed that Sunmi Odesanya was endorsed for the State Secretary position of the party.
