Mr. Samuel Oduntan, has today, told the Presidential Election Petition Court that the results of the presidential election in Adamawa State and some other States where the PDP was declared winner, were dissatisfactory, as they were marred by serious cases of irregularities.

While answering further questions from INEC, Tunubu and APC’s lawyers, Mr. Oduntan admitted that he was engaged by the Peoples Democratic Party to prepare the reports t and to give his evidence before the court, while adding that he was handsomely rewarded by the PDP for the job.

In a related development, INEC also honoured the subpoena issued on its chairman, Prof. Mahmoud Yakubu, by coming to tender relevant electoral documents through its Deputy Director, certification and compliance, Mrs. Taiwo Tairu.

However, upon seeking to tender the said documents, counsel to INEC, Mr. A.B. Mahmoud, SAN, told the court that he will be objecting to the admissibility of the said documents, as the petitioners did not make relevant payments for the certification of the documents, as required by law.

The court, however, deferred its ruling on the objection to the point of final judgment
