The All Progressives Congress (APC) has announced the resumption of its electronic membership registration exercise across the country.

In a statement, the party urged existing members to validate their membership details, while encouraging new members to register at designated centres in their respective wards and join its fold.

According to the APC, prospective registrants must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid National Identification Number (NIN) to participate in the exercise.

The party explained that the e-registration initiative is aimed at digitising its membership database, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of records, and enabling efficient access to data for planning and decision-making. It added that the exercise would also promote internal democracy and reinforce its commitment to democratic innovation in Nigeria.

The statement was signed by the National Publicity Secretary of the APC, Felix Morka.
