The National Coordinator Nigeria Unity Forum the Tinubu 2023 Not Negotiable (TNN) campaigner Hon Mutiu Kunle Okunola on Thursday in a media chat with our correspondent commended President Muhammadu Buhari choice of Ministers and portfolios allotments in yesterday’s inauguration of the Ministers of Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The erstwhile Organizing Secretary of the People’s Democratic Party particularly elated with the appointment of the Interior Minister, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola.
Okunla stated that “although as human we don’t expect hundred percent perfection but some ministries were deployed with the right persons like having Ogbeni Rauf Adesoji Aregbesola in the Interior Affairs Ministry who I am sure he is going to assist effectively in tackling the issue of insecurity in the country. At a time the nation’s very challenging and worrisome internal security situation demands an uncommon attention of a cerebral and energetic personality like Aregbesola”.
“This will also give us in the southwest confidence that Buhari meant well for us, considering the issues of banditry and kidnapping that are in the increase for the first time in our region and I am sure Oranmiyan (Ogbeni Aregbesola) is more capable of handling and solving the menace”.
“Let me also added that the choice of Sunday Dare in the Ministry of Youth and Sports is a good development as I am sure he will perform extremely well”.
“So also Mr Babatunde Fashola whose supervision is now over the works and housing where he performed well in the last tenure”.
“Please permit me to also congratulate our amiable Lagos State Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo Olu who have also included more women in his administration. Women are better managers of resources and they are hardworking, so I imaging these will be translated in the administration of Lagos State” the Tinubu 2023 Not Negotiable campaigner alluded.
