The Tinubu 2023 Not Negotiable group (TNN) on Saturday inaugurated the executives of the Ondo State chapter of the group to complete the inauguration of the six southwest state.
The TNN National Coordinator Hon Kunle Okunola in a chat with Lagos Panorama on Friday expressed his satisfaction for the acceptance of the group in all the southwest states.
He noted that “After Lagos, Osun, Ogun, Oyo and Ekiti, Ondo State got baptized last weekend, making it the last state in the South West to join the trend of Tinubu 2023 Not Negotiable trend. Our outing in Ondo is the grand finale for the southwest of the Tinubu Not Negotiable for 2023. It was expected considering the fact that they had witnessed other states inaugurations and they prepared well for it. It was near perfection”.
“It was covered and broadcast by Channels Television for all to see that we have completed the southwest and getting ready for the Northwest geopolitical zone. Ondo was overwhelming and a huge success. They even presented me with three awards of distinction (laughs)”.
“Our Southwest conference will come up in December after all the wards and local government’s structures would have been inaugurated. We don’t want borrowed crowd but our sincere executive members across all the wards, local governments and states chapters.
On the essence of the southwest conference the erstwhile Organizing Secretary of Lagos Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) stated that, “we are using the conference to develop a roadmap towards the actualization of 2023 for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu presidency”.
“We are using the conference to articulate reasons why all south-westerners must support Tinubu for the presidential position of Nigeria. We will also use the conference to appeal to Asiwaju Bola Tinubu to accept our proposal to run for the presidency of Nigeria”.
“Part of our agenda for the 5-day conference is to develop a proposal to the national assembly for a six vice-president presidency with each geopolitical zone of Nigeria having one so as to make power rotation sacrosanct” the National Coordinator of the Tinubu 2023 Not Negotiable campaigner concluded.
