President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has congratulated Rangers International FC on clinching the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) title for a record ninth time.

The President praised the Enugu-based club’s players, management, and supporters after the Flying Antelopes finished top of the league with 68 points from 38 matches, ahead of Rivers United.
