The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has arrested a 56-year-old suspected trafficker, Lawal Lateef Oyenuga, on a mission to deliver 400 grams of cocaine concealed in a pair of palm sandals in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
