The seventeen governors of Nigeria’s southern states will on Monday meet in Lagos for the second time this year to continue their search for solutions to the myriad of problems confronting the country. President Muhammadu Buhari’s order on the recovery of grazing routes for herders will top the agenda of today’s meeting.
