Eyewitness footage obtained by Lagos Panorama showed the suspects vandalising properties, sparking panic and fear among residents. According to accounts, the individuals entered the estate without warning, creating chaos and unrest.

Security operatives quickly responded, with officers of the Lagos State Police Command arresting some of the suspects. Authorities have launched investigations to determine the circumstances of the attack and verify the suspects’ claims.

Further follow-up calls and messages to the Lagos Police Public Relations Officer, Abimbola Adebisi, seeking confirmation or updates on the incident, have not yielded any response.

Residents have urged relevant authorities to act decisively to restore calm and ensure the safety of lives and property as investigations continue.
