Onigbongbo LCDA Begins Recruitment of Security Marshals

The Executive Chairman of Onigbongbo Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Moyosore Adebanjo, has announced the commencement of recruitment into the Onigbongbo LCDA Security Marshal (OLSM).

The Executive Chairman of Onigbongbo Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Moyosore Adebanjo, has announced the commencement of recruitment into the Onigbongbo LCDA Security Marshal (OLSM).

In a statement, the chairman called on eligible, responsible and public-spirited youths within the LCDA to apply for the programme, which is designed to strengthen grassroots security, enhance vigilance and promote a safer environment for residents and businesses in the area.

According to the statement, interested applicants must be between the ages of 25 and 45 and are required to present relevant documents, including councillor’s approval and signature, a letter of recommendation from an Oba or Baale, copies of highest academic qualification, medical fitness certificate, voter’s card, LASRRA ID, National Identification Number (NIN), a recent passport photograph and endorsement from their Community Development Association (CDA).

Hon. Adebanjo assured prospective applicants that the recruitment process would be transparent and strictly merit-based, urging qualified youths to take advantage of the initiative as a means of contributing to community safety and development.
