In compliance with the directive of the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, CP Hakeem Odumosu, the Legal Department of the Lagos State Police Command, has today 9th August, 2021, arraigned the principal suspect and six others arrested in connection with the murder of Michael Usifo Ataga.
The suspects were arraigned on charges ranging from murder, conspiracy to commit felony to wit murder, receiving stolen property, attempt to defeat the course of justice, and obstruction of police officers from executing their duties.
Both the principal suspect and one other have been remanded in prison custody for 30 days pending outcome of DPP advice.
