President Bola Tinubu on Monday held his first meeting with the new Service Chiefs recently appointed.

President Bola Tinubu on Monday held his first meeting with the new Service Chiefs recently appointed.

The meeting was held at the State House, Abuja.

The Service Chiefs were led to the meeting by the National Security Adviser, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu.

At the meeting were Major General Christopher G Musa, Chief of Defence Staff;
Major General, A Lagbaja, Chief of Army Staff; Rear Admiral Emmanuel A Ogalla, Chief of Naval Staff; Air Vice Marshal Hassan B. Abubakar, Chief of Air Staff; acting Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun and Major General Emmanuel P.A. Undiandeye, Chief of Defense Intelligence.

Tinubu had travelled to France the moment he appointed the new service chiefs and just returned to Abuja on Sunday.

The president had on 19 June, 2023 sacked the former service chiefs and appointed new ones.
