The Lagos State Water Regulatory Commission (LASWARCO) has sealed Classic Beverages Nigeria Limited, at Plot 9A, Block E, Amuwo Odofin Industrial Estate.
A release by the Commission said the company was sealed on the orders of the Executive Secretary of LASWARCO, Mrs. Funke Adepoju for non-certification of its water treatment plant.
The regulatory body reiterated that is empowered by law to enforce compliance with all stipulated rules relating to the water manufacturing sector, stressing that the Commission would not fold its arms and watch companies operate in the State without obtaining all necessary certification for their operations.
