LASG screens second batch of candidates for LKJ Leadership Academy

The second batch of 30 applicants seeking enrolment into the Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy was screened on Saturday, 27th August, 2022, at the Public Service Staff Development Centre, (PSSDC), Magodo.

The second batch of 30 applicants seeking enrolment into the Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy was screened on Saturday, 27th August, 2022, at the Public Service Staff Development Centre, (PSSDC), Magodo.

A statement issued by the Ministry of Establishments, Training and Pensions said the programme, which was handled in partnership with HCP Consulting, comprised oral interview sessions, group discussions, PowerPoint preparation and presentations, among other exercises.

Tagged the Executive Training and Validation Programme, the process was designed to identify young talents who would be trained to acquire skills and occupy leadership positions to enhance governance within the public service.

Recall that a similar screening programme was held three weeks ago for candidates who applied for Fellowship of the Academy.
