Adefisayo stressed that the State has provided several science practical materials for subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Agricultural Science for over 46,236 students sitting for this year’s examination, informing that the various chemicals, substances and consumables that would also be used for practicals will cost the State Government more than N80 Million.

“The State Government has also provided funds to schools for other perishables asides from the chemicals which will be procured a day before the examination. STEAM education is very important and as a government, we have constantly made provision of standard science laboratories in our schools. We have not only renovated laboratories in some schools but have built additional ones in other schools”, she disclosed.
