The Executive Chairman of Ikeja Local Government, Comrade Akeem Olalekan Dauda, has announced the commencement of the 2026 edition of his educational support initiative with the provision of 500 free Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) forms for eligible Ikeja residents.
The initiative, aimed at promoting access to tertiary education, is open to residents across the six wards of Ikeja Local Government and will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis without discrimination or bias.
According to details released by the local government, the screening exercise is scheduled to hold over two days—Thursday, February 12, and Friday, February 13, 2026—at the Education Department of the Ikeja Local Government Secretariat, located at 2, Obafemi Awolowo Way, Ikeja. The exercise will take place daily between 10:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
Applicants are required to present a valid photocopy of their National Identification Number (NIN), a photocopy of their Lagos State Residents Registration Agency (LASSRA) slip, and, where available, a photocopy of their O’Level result.
