The Executive Chairman of Iba LCDA, Hon Yisa Abiola Jubril has congratulated the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, (APC) Lagos state Chapter, Hon. Cornelius O. Ojelabi who was inaugurated today alongside other state chairmen of the party.
