Felabration 2018: Omawumi Urges Youths To Vote Wisely

Felabration, an annual music festival in honor of the late musical legend Fela Anikulapo Kuti will hold from the 15th- 21st of October 2018.

The event last night had guests artistes like Reekado Banks, Adekunle Gold, Falz the bahd guy, Alabi Pasuma, 2017 BBNaija winner Efe as well as ”Megbele” frontliner Omawumi.

Omawumi during the show emphasized the importance of voting during the forthcoming 2019 elections, urging the youths to get their PVC, make their votes count and not sell their rights for money or the likes of it.

This year’s theme is tagged ”Overtaking Overtake” and the program comprised of a variety of activities including: School debate, Symposium, Fela Artwork Competition and music concert for lovers of art worldwide.

Fela would have been 80 on the 15th of October this year had he been alive. His music and legacy lives on!!
