Rt. Hon. James Abiodun Faleke, Member representing Ikeja Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives and Chairman of the House Committee on Finance, hosted the Executive Governor of Kano State, His Excellency Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, at his residence in a meeting marked by warmth, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to national development.
Sharing highlights of the visit on his official Facebook page, Rt. Hon. Faleke described the Governor as “my dear brother” and expressed gratitude for the honour of the visit.
“I had the honour of hosting my dear brother, the Executive Governor of Kano State, His Excellency Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, at my residence,” Faleke wrote.
The federal lawmaker commended Governor Yusuf for his leadership and developmental strides in Kano State, praising his unwavering commitment to improving the welfare of the people.
“Your Excellency, I am deeply grateful for your visit and commend you for the remarkable work you continue to do in advancing the development of Kano State. Your dedication to the welfare of your people is truly commendable.”
Faleke also reaffirmed the support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for Governor Yusuf’s administration, emphasizing the President’s commitment to initiatives that promote national progress and good governance.
“I also wish to assure you of the unwavering support of our dear President, His Excellency Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, as you continue on this noble path of service to your state and our nation.”
Concluding his message, Faleke thanked Governor Yusuf once again for the visit and offered prayers for continued wisdom, strength, and success as he leads Kano State.
