Faleke Distributes Rice, Rams, Cash Gifts Ahead of Sallah in Ikeja Constituency

The Member representing Ikeja Federal Constituency, in the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. James Abiodun Faleke, has again extended massive Eid-el-Kabir support packages to constituents across Ikeja Federal Constituency, with cash gifts also distributed to beneficiaries ahead of the celebrations

The Member representing Ikeja Federal Constituency, in the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. James Abiodun Faleke, has again extended massive Eid-el-Kabir support packages to constituents across Ikeja Federal Constituency, with cash gifts also distributed to beneficiaries ahead of the celebrations.

In a WhatsApp group created to engage directly with constituents, the federal lawmaker congratulated APC primary winners and prayed for successful service delivery.

“I want to congratulate all of us who won the Primaries. May the Lord grant us the enablement to perform to the satisfaction of the people. Amen,” Faleke stated.

As part of the Sallah arrangements, Faleke announced the distribution of hundreds of bags of rice, cash support, and rams to wards, LGAs, traditional rulers, market leaders, religious groups, artisans, transport unions, community stakeholders, and political structures across Ikeja, Onigbongbo, and Ojodu.

According to the breakdown, all 18 wards will receive 10 bags of rice each, while the three LGAs, apex leadership structures, traditional institutions, market associations, NURTW branches, Christian and Muslim groups, artisans, and office staff were also allocated substantial quantities.

Major markets benefiting from the largesse include Computer Village, Ogba Retail Market, Berger Market, Odo Eran Market, Ikeja Alade Market, Yakoyo Market, and POWA Markets across the constituency.

Faleke also disclosed that limited rams would be distributed to selected beneficiaries as part of the Eid-el-Kabir celebration support.

The lawmaker directed that all allocated items must be collected on Monday, May 26, 2026, ahead of the Sallah festivities.
