COVID-19: Nigeria records 50 new cases, Lagos reports 27

On the 3rd of April 2021, 50 new confirmed cases were recorded in Nigeria.

On the 3rd of April 2021, 50 new confirmed cases were recorded in Nigeria.

Till date, 163,113 cases have been confirmed, 151,853 cases have been discharged and 2,058 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.

The 50 new cases are reported from 6 states- Lagos(27), Plateau (11), Bayelsa (7), Gombe (3), Nasarawa (1) and Ekiti (1).

A multi-sectoral national emergency operations centre (EOC), activated at Level 3, continues to coordinate the national response activities
