On the 23rd of March 2021, 214 new confirmed cases and 1 death was recorded in Nigeria
Till date, 162076 cases have been confirmed, 148530 cases have been discharged and 2031 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory
The 214 new cases are reported from 12 states- Adamawa (109), Lagos (33), Bauchi (26), Kaduna (9), Rivers (9), FCT (7), Oyo (7), Gombe (5), Ebonyi (4), Osun (3), Ekiti (1), and Ogun (1)
A multi-sectoral national emergency operations centre (EOC), activated at Level 3, continues to coordinate the national response activities
