Till date, 205765 cases have been confirmed, 193617 cases have been discharged and 2720 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory

The 281 new cases are reported from 13 states- FCT (111), Lagos (34), Edo (33), Kwara (20), Plateau (20), Rivers (17), Abia (10), Imo (8), Delta (7), Nasarawa (7), Ekiti (6), Akwa Ibom (3), and Oyo (2)

A multi-sectoral national emergency operations centre (EOC), activated at Level 2, continues to coordinate the national response activities
