COVID-19 confirmed cases now 56,177 in Nigeria

Nigeria now has 56,177 confirmed COVID-19 cases, with 160new cases recorded on Saturday night.

According to a tweet from the Nigeria Center for Disease Control, NCDC, 44,088 patients have now been discharged, with 1,078 patients losing their lives to the Coronavirus pandemic.

The tweet revealed that FCT and Plateau State had the highest number of infections on Friday night with 39 cases each, with Lagos State following with 30 cases.
