Lionel Messi has named about 6 clubs that could win the Champions League this season.
The Argentine, in an interview with Marca, noted the fierce level of competition in the Champions League this year.
He name-checked five teams when asked to name the top candidates for the title alongside PSG.
“Liverpool are doing very well, they have returned to being the Liverpool that won the Champions League,” he said.
“Then there are Manchester City, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid… there are many teams that can fight for this Champions League.
“It’s one of the most even and competitive years in recent times because there are several teams that can choose to win it.’’
