Court stops NBC from imposing fines on broadcasters
Federal High Court in Abuja, on Wednesday, declared null and void the provisions of the Nigeria Broadcasting Code authorising National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) to impose fines on broadcast stations for breaches of the code.
