Alhaja Kokumo, in her tribute received by Lagos Panorama on Friday, titled APC OJODU LCDA: A RARE GEM WE LOSS, portrayed the late former Executive Secretary of the Council as a results-driven individual, an impactful leader, a dedicated and loyal personality, a political icon with a commendable vision, and a courageous and principled being.
