In his presentation speech the Council Chairman said, “The budget for 2021 is proposed to inspire hope for recalibrating the vision of last year that was attacked by several unforseen occurrences. The 2021 budget is anchored on four workable approaches, Education, Environment, Infrastructure and Empowerment.”
