Zenith Bank Plc has opened multiple digital and physical channels for Nigerians at home and in the diaspora seeking to participate in the landmark Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals.
As a Receiving Bank and designated electronic application channel for the offer, Zenith Bank is providing investors with access through its website, mobile app, internet banking, USSD, corporate internet banking and any of its branches nationwide.
The bank’s extensive network of 456 branches and 84 cash centres, combined with its digital platforms, allows prospective investors to subscribe conveniently from virtually anywhere.
Whether applying from London, Houston, Lagos or Lokoja, investors can initiate and complete their applications through Zenith Bank’s electronic and branch channels.
For enhanced security and proper identification, each subscription is linked to the investor’s Bank Verification Number (BVN), providing an additional layer of protection throughout the application and allotment process.
Offer Opens September 14
According to the prospectus, the offer is scheduled to open on Monday, September 14, 2026, and will run for 30 days, closing on Tuesday, October 13, 2026.
The shares are being offered at ₦525 per share, with a minimum subscription of 10 shares, valued at ₦5,250.
The offer seeks to raise approximately ₦2.15 trillion, making it the largest equity offering ever undertaken on the African continent.
The prospectus also provides for a Retail Investor Incentive Programme, under which qualifying retail investors who subscribe and retain their shares may receive bonus shares, subject to applicable regulatory approvals.
