The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and that of the Peoples Democratic Party, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, on Monday, met at the airport VVIP lounge in Abuja.

The duo are seeking to become Nigeria’s next president come May 2023.

Despite their political differences and the heated campaign rhetoric, the two presidential candidates exchanged banter upon sighting each other.

The video posted by media mogul, Dele Momodu, Tinubu also exchanged pleasantries with the national chairman of the PDP, Senator Iyorchia Ayu.

The presidential candidates’ entourages were seen praising each other, calling on the names of their flagbearers.

“Where are you guys going?”, Tinubu asked Atiku and his entourage in the viral video.

The APC presidential candidate was in Kaduna State on Monday to address Arewa leaders on his vision and plan for Nigeria.

Atiku had earlier briefed them at the weekend.
