Your Excellency, you are an exemplary public servant who distinguished himself during your tenure as the Executive Governor of Lagos State and as the Honourable Minister of Works and Housing at the Federal level. In both roles, you exceeded the expectations of the people and set a high standard for public service delivery.
As someone who had the privilege of working closely with you during your tenure as the Executive Governor of Lagos State, I witnessed firsthand your unwavering passion for excellence. Your leadership set a benchmark for others to follow across Nigeria.
We are not surprised that you became the most celebrated minister under the President Muhammadu Buhari administration due to the massive strides you made in public infrastructure development in Nigeria. We are very proud of your accomplishments.
