In an epoch making event, the Comptroller General of Immigration service, Comptroller Muhammad Babandede ably represented by the ACG Zone A, Doris Braimah commended the support of the Mayor, Amuwo-Odofin Local Government, Engr. Dr. Valentine Buraimoh towards the actualization of the vision to improve the services of the Festac Command to include the enhanced E-passport.

By this feat, residents and people across Badagry division need not travel away from its division to procure the E-passport as he case used to be when Abuja and Ikoyi were the destination of such services.

The Mayor, thanked the immigration department for finding the Festac passport office worthy of its upgrade and promise to continue to support the office anytime the need arises.

Also at the official roll out was the representative of the Governor, Hon. Gbenga Oyerinde.
