President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in a presidential address singled out the member representing Ikeja Federal Constituency, RT. Hon. (Dr.) James Abiodun Faleke for praise at the Lagos State Government’s House in Marina, where he had a meeting with political leadership and traditional rulers in the State, on Wednesday.
The Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces recalled during the campaign time and spoke lofty of Hon. Faleke on how he worked tirelessly day and night during the campaign and how he led the presidential campaign to victory.
In his words, the president described him as the headmaster, commander, arranger and the lead orchestra of our campaign. The president said sometimes when he sees Hon. Faleke during the campaign, he prayed to God to sustain him.
President Tinubu further said Hon. Faleke remained a trusted ally and that Lagos will continue to honour and reward him.
Recall that Rt. Hon Faleke was the Secretary of the All Progressives Congress’s Presidential candidate, Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Council and superintended over the campaigns.
Meanwhile, Rt Hon Faleke on his X handle expressed gratitude to the President for his kind words.
The Chairman Finance Committee of the House of Rep said that “Thank you, Your Excellency, Mr. President, for your kind words. I am humbled and honored by them, and I will continue to do my best”.
