Chris Danjuma’s side finished second in Group D behind Germany.

The two countries recorded six points from three games but the Germans had a superior goal difference.

Nigeria took the lead through Aminat Bello in the 16th minute with Chiamaka Okwuchukwu providing the assist.

The West Africans doubled their advantage 12 minutes later with Okwuchukwu nodding home from Olusola Shobowale’s corner-kick.

It was Osuchukwu’s second goal of the tournament.

Diminutive winger Flourish Sabastine slotted home the third in first half added time.

Sabastine has scored two times in three outings for Nigeria.

The Falconets made the scoreline more emphatic late in the game with substitute Joe Igbokwe firing home from distance.
