The Executive Chairman of Alimosho LG Hon Jelili Adewale Sulaimon has charged the Junior Officers to take full advantage of the training program being organized by his administration because it remains the best way to equip them for the challenges of the immediate future in their career progression.
Speaking during the Flag-off ceremony one- day Seminar for Junior Officers: Tagged:Provision of Civil servant Rules and Record keeping in the LG administration,”” .He said the participants should learn the rules and regulations guiding the conduct of a civil servant as it will help them to become better officers.Civil Servants are the Engine room of any administration, for you to perform maximally, efforts must be geared towards exposing you to the current happenings, so that the Cardinal objectives of our administration can be collectively achieved.Record Keeping is very essential because you receive Mails and despatch them appropriately.
Jelili who was represented by his Vice Hon. Johnson Akinpelu said the Local Government will organize more trainings for it’s work force as the resources of the LG improved.Junior Officers from levels 4 – 6 benefitted from the Training program.
Present at the opening ceremony were the Secretary to the Local Government Hon Dare Ogunkoya, EXCO members, Management staff, NULGE representative and the Course Consultant Mr David Adeyemi Shotunbo
