Tinubu to meet with APC Senators Wednesday

The All Progressives Congress (APC) national leader Bola Ahmed Tinubu is expected to meet with the Senate caucus of the ruling party on Wednesday afternoon.

The All Progressives Congress (APC) national leader Bola Ahmed Tinubu is expected to meet with the Senate caucus of the ruling party on Wednesday afternoon.

The president of the Senate, Ahmad Lawan, made the disclosure in a letter read during the commencement of plenary on Wednesday.

The letter was signed by the Senate Leader, Senator Yahaya Abdullahi (Kebbi North).

“There will be APC Senate caucus meeting with His Excellency, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu today, February 16, 2022,” Lawan said.

The meeting is scheduled to hold in the Senate President’s conference room.

Tinubu has already declared his ambition to contest in the 2023 general election to be Nigeria’s president.
