The Presidential Candidate of the African Action Congress, Omoyele Sowore, has slammed the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, for celebrating the honorary citizenship conferred on him in the United States.

The Presidential Candidate of the African Action Congress, Omoyele Sowore, has slammed the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, for celebrating the honorary citizenship conferred on him in the United States.

Obi in the early hours of Wednesday shared the news of his honorary of citizenship of Dallas on his Twitter handle.

Reacting, Sowore said Obi had been scammed and the certificate wasn’t worth the paper it was printed on. Tweeting, Sowore said,

“No wonder @PeterObi clearly stated he’s got no ideology different from @atiku and the rest, for him to be celebrating the conferment of ‘honorary citizenship’ of Dallas show he’s got no clue that the award is not even worth the paper it was printed upon. Someone scammed him!”
