Majority of okada riders on Wednesday shunned roads and streets in the six Local Governments Areas of Lagos where they have been banned from operating by the Lagos State Government.
The Local Governments are: Ikeja, Eti-Osa, Apapa, Surulere, Lagos Island and Lagos Mainland.
The ban took effects from today
PM NEWS’ photo-journalists, Ayodele Efunla, who monitored the enforcement, reports high level of compliance across the councils.
Large number of policemen were on ground to monitor the enforcement.
