The All Progressives Congress Ikeja Chapter hosted a post-elections victory party to appreciate party faithful and electorates for voting for all the party’s candidates in the just concluded general elections.
The LGA Chairman and Chairman conference of APC Chairmen in Lagos State, Mayegun Dally Adeokun expressed his gratitude for the commitments and support of party members and all the electorate who trusted and voted for the party’s candidates.
Adeokun also announced Ward E (Seriki-Aro/Adeniyi-Jones) as the most outstanding ward considering the number of polling units and votes accrued.
He also said Wards C, F, D, B and A were 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th respectively.
The honourable member of Lagos State House of Assembly (LSHA) for Ikeja Constituency II, who was re-elected for a third term, Hon Adedamola Richard Kasunmu who was filled with joy and excitement rendered songs to thank God Almighty and appreciate the party members for their support and loyalty to the party.
Kasunmu promised to double his efforts in ensuring the Ikeja electorates enjoyed the dividend of democracy and gifted members at the venue with cash
The newly elected member LSHA for Ikeja Constituency I, Prince Seyi Lawal also expressed his gratitude to God and appreciated the party members and electorate for entrusting him with the mandate.
Hon Lawal promised to deliver his campaign promises to the electorates.
