The Executive and Legislative arms of Onigbongbo Local Council Development Area earlier on Tuesday, 13th of April 2021 held a parliamentary meeting chaired by the council Chairman Hon Oladotun Olakanle (fpa) and the Leader of the Onigbongbo Legislative Council Hon (Prince) ‘Seyi Lawal as the Vice Chairman of the meeting.
The over a month impasse was resolved after the intervention of the Lagos State House of Assembly on Monday and the subsequent parley meeting between the Executive and local Council Legislature held at the Council Secretariat today to resolve the dispute.
Also at the meeting include the Vice Chairman Barr Rekiya Olufunke Hassan, Secretary to the Local Government (SLG) Hon Supo Sopeyin, Hon Rasheed ISIAKA(Deputy leader), Hon Gbenga Adedeji (Deputy majority leader), Hon Azeez Days(Chief whip), Hon Bello Isiaka(Deputy chief whip) and Hon Gbenga Adedeji (Deputy majority leader)
Others include Supervisory councillor for health Hon Monsuru Bolaji (Enjoy), Supervisory councillor for education Hon Adewale Adeyemi, Supervisory councillor for Youth & Sports Hon Rahman Adebiyi, S.A. on Special duties Hon Wahab Akerele, S.A. on revenue Hon Kareem Mutiu (Onile)
