The Executive Chairman of Onigbongbo LCDA, Hon Oladotun Olakanle has inaugurated the council executive members, with a former councilor and supervisor, Hon Monsuru Bolaji appointed as the Secretary to the Local Government on Wednesday at the council secretariat.
Other political appointees are Supervisors which include Mr. Francis Nkwo, Mr. Samsondeen Oloyede, Mr. Glory Igbafe, Alhaja Shalewa Olokodana, Hon Kehinde Animashaun, Engr. Wale Akinbolade and Mr. Folu Omotoso.
While the Special Advisers include Mr. Muyiwa Adeyemi and Mrs. Caroline Ojeabulu.
Meanwhile, two other Supervisor nominees who’s name were just forwarded at the time of the inauguration include Yusuf Khadijah Kuburat and Adebiyi Rahman Olalekan.
The Council Boss during his opening remark charged the appointees on the delivering of the All Progressives Congress (APC) manifesto has already propagated by the Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s administration.
Hon Olakanle further stated that appointees should promote the progressives tenets instituted by the APC National Leader, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu in providing the dividend of democracy to the good people of Onigbongbo LCDA.
The newly sworn-in SLG, Hon Monsuru Bolaji popularly known as Enjoy, while speaking with Lagos Panorama, on behalf of the appointees expressed gratitude to Almighty God and appreciations to the party leadership and members for the opportunity offered them to serve.
Hon Bolaji noted that the trust vested on them by the Chairman and party leaders will not be taking for granted and that they will cooperate with the Chairman to achieve sustainable development projects for the good people of Onigbongbo LCDA.
