The Executive Chairman of Ojodu Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Segun David Odunmbaku, has paid a heartfelt tribute to the late Hon. Oladotun Olakanle, former Chairman of Onigbongbo LCDA, on the first anniversary of his passing.
Hon. Odunmbaku described the late Olakanle as a dedicated leader, visionary public servant, and true progressive whose legacy continues to inspire commitment to grassroots development and community service across Lagos State.
He noted that Olakanle’s humility, passion for people-oriented governance, and unwavering dedication to public service left a lasting imprint on all who had the privilege of working with him.
“His contributions to local governance remain a beacon of inspiration to us in Ojodu LCDA and the wider progressive family in Lagos State. We continue to celebrate his life, honour his memory, and draw strength from his exemplary service,” Hon. Odunmbaku stated.
He prayed for the continued repose of Olakanle’s soul and comfort for his family and loved ones.
