The Speaker, Lagos State House of Assembly, (LSHA) Rt. Hon. (Dr.) Mudashiru Ajayi Obasa has felicitated one of his own, Hon Babatunde Ogala on his elevation to the Silk Club (SAN) of the legal profession in Nigeria.
