Marlian Music boss, Azeez Adeshina Fashola popularly known as Naira Marley and music promoter, Balogun Eletu, also known as Sam Larry have been reportedly granted bail after weeks in detention over the killing of singer, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba with the stage name, Mohbad.
They are both required to provide three sureties with a substantial sum of 20 million naira.
As part of their bail conditions, the court asked them to surrender their international passports and make weekly appearances at the State Criminal Investigation Department (CID).
The magistrate overseeing the case warned that any attempts to contact her directly would be recorded and potentially disclosed in open court proceedings.
