Moderna Vaccine: Approved vaccination sites for phase 2 of COVID vaccination exercise in Lagos State

Citizens; 18 years and above who have not received any COVID vaccine may proceed to register or enrol for the MODERNA vaccine via the NPHCDA E-Registration portal: https://nphcda.vaccination.gov.ng/

Citizens; 18 years and above who have not received any COVID vaccine may proceed to register or enrol for the MODERNA vaccine via the NPHCDA E-Registration portal: https://nphcda.vaccination.gov.ng/

👉🏽Successful enrollees should then proceed to any of the 183 vaccination sites picked at the point of registration at the time scheduled to get the first dose of vaccine.

Eligible Persons are advised to Pre-register on the NPHCDA E-Registration portal before visiting the Vaccination sites. This is *MANDATORY* .

Kindly note: *ONLY* pre-registered persons should visit the vaccination sites as scheduled.
