The National Coordinator of the Tinubu 2023 Not Negotiable (T2023NN) Engineer Mutiu Kunle Okunola on Saturday host family, friends and political associates to a get-together party to mark his 50th birthday anniversary.
The event took place at his Guestimate Hotel in Olusosun-Oregun Ikeja. The members of the Theatre Arts and Motion Pictures Producers Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN) Ikeja Chapter added glamour to the event with their superlative performance.
The erstwhile Organizing Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Lagos Chapter who had now joined the All Progressives Party (APC) described his most memorable day as the day he graduated from the Obafemi Awolowo University.
Okunola who was born on the 20th September 1969 noted about his most memorable day that “there was this lecturer who insisted in giving me a carryover in his course. I petitioned the school management board and I was requested to write the paper again. To the glory of GOD I passed the course with a distinction. So graduating with my other colleague same day was quite memorable and it will be for a very long time”.
Okunla was born in Ibadan to Alhaji Muraina and Ramota Okunola a trader. He had his primary school in Ibadan before proceeded to Anwar- Ur-Islam College in Lagos. He later attended The Polytechnic Ibadan and OAU before coming back to Lagos to establish himself both in business and politics.
On his immediate political goal he alluded to the fact that power must rotate back to the south and so he is committing his political will for Asiwaju Bola Tinubu to become the next President of Nigeria in 2023.
He also stated that his set goal is to serve his people in a higher capacity where he can impact on them positively.
Okunola asserted that “Personally I am successful in all my endeavours, I am into agriculture, I am into produce and husbandry, I am into hoteling, also into waste management and construction. So after achieving successes in my private practices I want to serve at the public level to be able to make impact for positive change for the benefits of the larger society.
Mrs Faith Oluyemisi Okunola, celebrant’s wife noted that her husband had been very supportive and caring husband.
His daughter Temilola Okunola also corroborated her mother stated that her dad is quite caring, loving and understanding person and very supportive in all her endeavours. She also added that “he is humble and a free giver. I am very happy to see this day with him. It makes me happy that my dad is turning 50 and I wish him long life in good health and more prosperity” she wrapped it up.
