Lekki community holds inauguration of Board of Trustees

The Lekki Peninsula Scheme 1 Residents’ Association ( LERA) on Saturday held the inauguration of its Board of Trustees.

The Lekki Peninsula Scheme 1 Residents’ Association ( LERA) on Saturday held the inauguration of its Board of Trustees.

Among the members of the Board are popular human rights lawyer and Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa.
A notice signed by LERA’s Secretary, Funmi Adeogun, said the inauguration held successfully.
The notice said:  “We are pleased to announce the successful inauguration of the new Board of Trustees for LERA, today June 29, 2024.
 “The following members have been duly appointed and installed as the Board of Trustees:
1. Asiwaju Dr Michael Olawale-Cole, CON, MFR-  Chairman
2. Engr. Idowu Abayomi Omotayo.
3.Akala Simeon Oluwole (Chief)
4. Oladunni Titus Ayodele (Chief)
5. Andu Sherifa Abiola
6. Adegboruwa, Ebun-Olu Samuel(SAN) – Secretary
7. Kazeem Adeniji Mosediq (SAN)
8. Engr. Amorha Victor Uchenna
9. Akintan, Omotayo Jayeola
10.Irocheonwu Sonny Ifeanyi
11. Barr (Chief)  Grace Zemaye Egbagbe, Ms
12. Chief Folarin Ademola Babatunde
“This new Board was officially  inaugurated by Mr Seni Adio, SAN, who administered the oath of office for the members, both physically and virtually  on Saturday, June 29, 2024 and will serve a 4 year term, effective immediately.
“The Board looks forward to providing strategic leadership and oversight to further the mission and goals of LERA in the years ahead.
“We are grateful for the trust placed in this new governing body and remain committed to advancing the interests of our members and the broader community we serve”
