LASRAB DG Receives Anti-Corruption Honour

Fight Against Corruption Organisation (FACO), an NGO has presented an Anti-Corruption Leadership Award to the Director-General of the Lagos State Records and Archives Bureau (LASRAB), Ms. Toyin Ogunlana.

 

Fight Against Corruption Organisation (FACO), an NGO has presented an Anti-Corruption Leadership Award to the Director-General of the Lagos State Records and Archives Bureau (LASRAB), Ms. Toyin Ogunlana.

The award, which was presented in recognition of her exemplary leadership and dedication to good governance, took place recently at LASRAB premises during the official visit and tour by a FACO team.

Dr. Francis Shopekan, Chairman of FACO and leader of the delegation, commended Ms. Ogunlana’s unwavering integrity and commitment. He emphasised FACO’s mission to educate the public on the detrimental effects of corruption, noting that Ms. Ogunlana’s efforts have significantly propelled LASRAB’s growth and development.

Dr. Shopekan stated further that the award serves as a testament to her contributions in fostering accountability and transparency within public service.

Ms. Toyin Ogunlana expressed her gratitude for the honour, reiterating her commitment to maintaining ethical standards and sustaining the progress achieved by the Bureau under her guidance.

The visit concluded with a group photograph and a comprehensive tour of LASRAB’s facilities.
