Tpl. Oso stated this during the demonstration of a Mobile Steam Wash Car by Ecowash Water-Less Mobile Carwash in Lagos, noting that before a ground permit is granted to the proponents of the business venture, LASPEMA has to take into cognisance the urban space on which they will carry out their operations.

He explained that activities of the mobile car wash operators must not be an encumbrance on the road.

Charging Town Planners and Engineers in the employ of the State Government to enhance their knowledge and improve service delivery, the General Manager emphasised that LASPEMA is committed to capturing all informal business enclaves in Lagos on its database.

Messrs Centreville Cleaning Services listed some of the advantages of Water-Less Mobile Carwash to include water conservation, eco-friendliness and job creation for the unemployed youths in the State among others.
